Terms
Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments with a one hour minimum per project, per day.
Advance deposit and payment in full before receipt of final product is required in most cases for non-retainer clients.
Complex rush projects requiring a 24-hour or less turnaround and projects involving weekend and /or public holiday work may be subject to an additional 50% charge.
Confirmation letter or E-mail with project specifications must be signed before services are performed.
Special savings arrangements are made for clients who prefer to utilize our services on a retainer basis.
We accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders, PayPal, in-state business checks, and out-of-state business checks for established companies.
Fees
When you hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) you save on office space, office equipment, payroll taxes and employee benefits, just to mention a few items. More importantly, you pay only for the time actually worked by an experienced professional who understands your business because he, or she, is also a small business owner.
Fees range from $45 per hour to $90 (or higher, depending on the complexity of the project) and are determined on an individual basis according to the task.
Each client has particular needs and time requirements so it is impossible to determine exactly what the fee is until your particular situation has been assessed. We will be happy to send you a rate sheet upon request.

We are very happy to offer you a
free half hour consultation which will allow you to define your needs should you
decided to hire our firm. If you require more time than the free consultation
covers, we will offer you additional time at $80 per hour.
